Former Employee Details - List
Use
In this screen, you can view/edit the complete details of the particular former employee whom you have selected. The details includes employee's personal details, employment details, tax code details, YTD pay data etc.

Fields Available
Former Employee Details
- Personal Details: You can view or edit your former employee's personal details, which you have provided while adding the employee. To view or edit your former employee's personal details click on View / Edit button.
- Emergency Contact: If you have already provided your former employee's emergency contact details, then you can view or edit the same here. To view or edit your former employee's emergency contact details click on View / Edit button.
- Bank Details: If you have already provided your former employee's bank details, then you can view or edit the same here. To view or edit your former employee's bank details click on View / Edit button.
- Payroll Internet Account: If you have enabled your employee's Internet account for this service, then you can view or edit the employee's E-Mail used for this service. Using this service account the employee can view his/her Internet Payslip, Time sheet, Benefits, claim and other details.
If you have not enabled your employee's Internet account for this service and wish to enable it, click on view/Edit button to enter your employee's E-Mail address to be used for this service. This will result in auto activation of the employee Internet account for this service. You can further, view or edit the additional E-Mail address (if any provided) of your employee which is an optional non-payroll E-Mail for Private purpose.
- YTD Pay Data: You can view here the employee's Year To Date Pay data. It will display the cumulative totals from the start of the tax year for the employee you have selected.
- Employment Details: You can view or edit your employee's employment details, which you provided while adding the employee. To view or edit your employee's employment details click on View / Edit button.
- Work Pattern: By default this service assigns a work pattern to your employee. To replace or delete or Add new work pattern, click on the View/Edit button.
- Tax Code Details: You can view your former employee's tax code details here. To view or edit tax code details of your employee, click on the View/Edit button.
- NI Category Details: The history of NI category changes of your former employee can be viewed here. To view or edit the NI category of your employee click on View/Edit button. (The details of processed NI category cannot be changed). If you have not provided the employee's NINO, you can provide it here.
- View Complete Employment Details: To view your employee's complete employment details click on View / Edit button. It includes the employee's personal details, emergency contact details, Internet account details for this service, employment details, work pattern, tax code, NI category details and bank details.
Associated Tasks
- View/Print: To view/print any of the former employee details, click on this button corresponding to the respective option.
- Back: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
