Employee's Personal & Contact Details
- Employee's Name: The former employee's name will be displayed here.
- Employee's Gender: The former employee's gender will be displayed here.
- Employee's Date of Birth: The former employee's date of birth will be displayed here.
- Employee's Marital Status: The former employee's marital status will be displayed here.
- Employee's Address: The former employee's address will be displayed here.
- Employee's Work Tel. No.: The former employee's work telephone number will be displayed here.
- Employee's Passport Number: The employee's passport number will be displayed here.
- Employee E-Mail to be used for this service: If you have enabled your former employee's Internet account for this service, then you can view the employee's E-Mail used for this service. Using this service account the employee can view his/her Internet Payslip, Time sheet, Benefits, claim and other details.
- If you have not enabled your former employee's Internet account for this service and wish to enable it, then go to Former Employee Internet A/c option in Admin Employee Internet Account section under Employee module to enable Internet Account to former employees.
Employee's Emergency Contact Details
- Contact Person's Name: This field displays the name of the contact person.
- Relationship: This field displays the relationship of the contact person with the former employee. For e.g. father, wife, friend etc.
- Contact Person's Address: This field displays the contact persons address.
- Contact Person's Tel. 1 No.: This field displays the telephone number of the contact person.
- Contact Person's Tel. 2 No.: If there is any additional telephone number of the contact person, then it will be displayed here.
- Contact Person's E-Mail 1:This field displays the E-Mail address of the contact person.
- Contact Person's E-Mail 2: If there is any additional E-Mail address of the contact person, then enter it will be displayed here.
Employee Payroll Internet Account
- Employee Self Service E-Mail to be used for this Service: If you have enabled your former employee's Internet account for this service, then you can can view his Internet Payslip, Timesheet, Benefits, claim and other details.
- If you have not enabled your former employee's Internet account for this service and wish to enable it, then go to Former Employee Internet A/c option in Admin Employee Internet Account section under Employee module to enable Internet Account to former employees.
- Employee Payroll Admin E-Mail: This E-Mail will be used to broadcast your employee's payslip, P60, AE Comm. letters etc fill in the Employee Payroll Admin e-mail address. No activation link will be sent out to the Employee's payroll admin email address.
Employee Employment Details
- Works No.: The works number of the former employee will be displayed here.
- Payment Frequency: The former employee's payment frequency will be displayed here.
- Irregular Payment Indicator: The irregular payment indictor set while creating employee or while editing Employee Employment Details will be displayed here.
- Off-Payroll Worker: Selected from the drop down list, YES or NO state whether the employee is a Off-Payroll Worker or not will be displayed here.
- Employee or Director: This field displays whether the former employee was a Director, an ordinary Employee or a Student Employee.
- Directorship Start Date: If the employee is Director, then this field displays the date on which his/her directorship started.
- University / College Name: If the employee is a Student Employee, then this field displays the name of the university or college from which the employee is pursuing his/her studies.
- Holiday Scheme: This field displays the holiday scheme that was assigned to the former employee.
- Employee's Employment Start Date: This field displays the date from which the former employee had started working for you.
- Employee's Job Title: This field displays the former employee's job title.
- Payment Method: This field displays the payment method for the former employee.
- Working Outside UK: This field displays whether the former employee was working outside UK or not.
- Department Name: This field displays the department that the former employee was working in.
- Cost Center Name: This field displays the cost center assigned to the former employee.
Employee Work Pattern
- Pattern Start Date: You can view the start date of the work pattern assigned to your former employee
- Rota Sequence: If you had assigned more than one work pattern to your former employee starting from the same date then Rota sequence will display the sequence of work accordingly.
- Pattern: This field displays the working day pattern of your former employee according to the Working / Qualifying day and Non Working / Non Qualifying day you had selected for the one whole week, starting from Sunday to Saturday while setting up the work pattern for your employee.
Employee 's Tax Code
- Reference: If you have entered a reference number while entering the Tax code details it will appear here.
- Tax Regime: If the employees wages need to be calculated according to the UK, Wales or Scotland payroll rules and regulations, then selected option will be displayed here.
- Tax Code: The employee's Tax code will be displayed here.
- Effective Start Date: This field displays the start date of the tax code of the employee.
- Week 1 / Month 1: This field displays whether the employee is taxed on accumulative basis or on non-accumulative basis (Week 1 Month 1 basis).
Employee's NI Details
- Employee's NINo: This field displays the former employee's National Insurance number.
- Employee's NI Category: The NI Category of the former employee will be displayed here.
Employee Bank Details
- Employee's Bank Name: This field displays the name of the bank with which your former employee has an account.
- Employee's Bank Branch Name: This field displays the branch name of the former employee's bank.
- Bank Address: This field displays the address of the former employee's bank.
- Bank Contact Person's Name: This field displays the name of the former employee's bank contact person.
- Bank Tel. No.: This field displays the telephone number of the former employee's bank.
- Bank Fax No.: This field displays the fax number of the former employee's bank.
- Bank E-Mail: This field displays the E-Mail address of the former employee's bank.
- Sort Code: This field displays the former employee's bank sort code.
- Account No.: This field displays the former employee's bank account number.
- Name Shown on the Account: This field displays the name shown on the former employee's bank account.
- Bank / Online Account Ref.: If the former employee does any of his banking via the Internet, the web address to which he/she logs on to will be displayed here.
- BACS Reference No.: This field displays the BACS reference number.
- IBAN Number: This field displays the former employees IBAN number.
