List Former Employee NI Category Change Details

Use

You can view here the details of your former employee's NI category changes. All the previous NI category changes of the employee will be listed here. You can click on the View link to view the respective NI category details.

Fields Available

Employee's NI Category change

• Employee's NINo: The employee's NINo will be displayed here. If you have not entered the NINo while adding an employee you can enter it now by clicking on Edit NINo button. To save the NINo click on Update NINo button.
• NI Category Code: The NI category will be displayed here. To change the NI category click on Edit link and from the drop down list select the appropriate National Insurance Category for the employee. Please note that the details of the processed NI category cannot be edited or deleted.
• Effective Start Date: The date from which the new NI Category code takes effect will be displayed here. You do not have the option to enter the date. It will automatically take in date on which you changed the NI category.
• Action: This field displays the various tasks associated with the data in each row e.g. Save, Edit, Delete, etc.

Associated Tasks

• Edit NINo: To edit the NINo, click on this button.
• Update NINo: To save the changes made to NINo click on this button.
• View: To view the details of NI Category changes of an employee, click on this link corresponding to the respective NI category.
• Edit: To edit the details of the NI Category of an employee, click on this link corresponding to the respective NI category.
• Update: If you are sure about NI category you wish to change and wish to continue, click on this button.
• Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
