Benefit - I. Private medical treatment or insurance - List

Use

This benefit comes into effect when the cost of all medical and dental expenses of an employee are arranged and paid for by the employer / contractor and the employer / contractor pays for all premiums for insurance against such treatment. This screen displays the list of private medical treatment or insurance provided to the particular employee you selected.

Fields Available

The top row displays the details such as name, department, E-Mail address etc. of the selected employee.

The following details are displayed further.

• Ref. No.: This field is automatically generated.
• Benefit From Date: This field displays the date from which the benefit was provided to the employee.
• Benefit To Date: This field displays the date up to which the benefit was provided to the employee.
• Medical / Insurance: This field displays the type of medical / insurance benefit provided to the employee.
• Cash Equivalent Amount: The cash equivalent amount will be displayed here.
• Action: The various tasks associated with the data in each row will be displayed here. For example, Save, Edit, Remove, etc.

Associated Tasks

• Add New Record: To enter a new medical/Insurance details record, click on this button. It will open the Private medical treatment or insurance Add screen.
• View/Edit: To view or edit the details of the medical/insurance provided to the employee, click on the View/Edit button, relating to the respective medical/insurance record. It will open the Private medical treatment or insurance View screen.
• Remove: To delete any medical/insurance details click on the Remove button relating to the respective medical/insurance record.
• Done: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Assign Benefits screen.
