Benefit - I. Private medical treatment or insurance - View

Use

This benefit comes into effect when the cost of all medical and dental expenses of an employee are arranged and paid for by the employer / contractor and the employer / contractor pays for all premiums for insurance against such treatment. This screen displays the details of private medical treatment or insurance provided to the particular employee you selected.

Fields Available

The top row displays the details such as name, department, E-Mail address etc., of the selected employee.

The following details are displayed in the Medical Treatment / Insurance Details area.

• Benefit From Date: This field displays the date from which the benefit was made available to the employee.
• Benefit To Date: This field displays the date up to which the benefit was made available to the employee.
• Medical / Insurance Type: This field displays the type of medical treatment or insurance provided.
• Memo: This field displays any additional information regarding the benefit.

The following details are displayed further.

• (I 1) Annual Premium Amount for treatment / insurance: This field displays the amount of annual premium paid for treatment / insurance during this tax year.
• (I 2) Do You want to Prorate the Annual Premium Amount Paid? This field displays whether the annual premium amount paid is prorated or not.
• (I 3) Pro-rated annual premium for treatment / insurance for the tax year: This field displays the prorated annual premium amount paid for the treatment / insurance, only if the "Yes" option was selected in field I 2.
• (I 4) Amount made good by employee or amount subjected to tax: This field displays the amount that the employee has paid towards the benefit.
• (I) Total Cash Equivalent Amount (I 3 - I 4): The cash equivalent amount will be displayed here.

• Done: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Private medical treatment or insurance - List screen.
• Edit: To edit the details of the medical/insurance provided, click on this button. It will open the Private medical treatment or insurance Edit screen.
