Recover De-listed / Former Employee - Confirm
Use
You can restore the personal details of the de-listed employee. You can only recover one employee at a time. The de-listed employee's personal data will be restored to your list of current employees. On this screen you will be asked to enter a new works number and a password to confirm for the de-listed employee you wish to recover.

Fields Available
- Enter New Works No: The Work Number is auto generated sequentially. It can be amended if you so require. You can also specify and setup a prefix code, which will then be automatically added to your employee's individual Works Number. You can not use a works number that is already used.
- Employee's Employment Start Date: Enter the employee's employment start date. You can also use calender button to enter the date.
- Enter Sign-in Password to confirm: Enter your Sign-In password to confirm and then click on the Recover button. The de-listed employee's personal data will be restored to your list of current employees.
Associated Tasks
- Cancel: If you wish to exit this screen without saving the changes, click on this button.
- Continue: To recover a de-listed employee click on this link. The de-listed employee's personal data will be restored to your list of current employees.
