Quick Payrun Result - SMS

Use

In this screen you can send Quick Pay Calculation result in SMS format to Mobile Phone to three of your employees at a time. Simply enter the Mobile phone number of the employees and click on the SMS Payslip button. The payslips will be sent to the respective employee's mobile phone as SMS.

Please note payslips can be sent as SMS only to UK mobile phones. There will be a charge of £ 1.00 GBP for sending the payslip by SMS to Mobile Phone.

Fields Available

• Employee Name: The employee's name will be displayed here.
• Mobile Phone No.: Enter here the mobile phone number of the employee for whom you wish to send the payslip through SMS.

Associated Tasks

• Back: If you wish to go back to the Quick Payrun Result screen click on this button. You will be taken back to the Quick Payrun Result screen
• SMS Payslip: To SMS a payslip to an employee, enter the mobile phone number and click on this button. SMS will be sent to the respective employee's mobile phone.
