Quick Payrun Result

Use

In this screen you can view your employees Gross Pay to Net Pay results with tax calculated on Week 1 / Month1 basis or accumulative basis. You can send payslips to your employees by E-Mail, Fax and SMS from this screen.

Note: Payslips can be sent as SMS and Fax only to UK phones. There will be a charge of £ 1.00 GBP for sending the payslip by SMS or Fax to Phones.

Fields Available

• Employee Name: The employee's name will be displayed here.
• Total Gross: This field displays the total amount of pay before any deduction has been made from the employees' pay.
• PAYE Tax: This field displays the total amount of PAYE tax deducted from the employee's pay.
• NI: This field displays the amount of National Insurance contribution deducted from the employees' pay for the tax period that you have selected.
• Total Net Pay: The employees' eventual take home pay for the tax period that you have selected will be displayed here.
• View / Print Payslip: To view or print the payslip of the employee, click on View link in the appropriate row.
• E-Mail: To send the payslips by E-Mail, click on Send in the appropriate row.
• SMS: To send the payslips by SMS to employee's mobile phone, click on Send link in the appropriate row.
• Fax: To send the payslips through Fax, click on Send link in the appropriate row.

Associated Tasks

• Back: If you wish to go back to the Quick Pay Calculator screen click on this button. You will be taken back to the Quick Pay Calculator screen.
• Home: If you wish to go back to the home page, click on this button. You will be taken back to our home page.
