Yes, you can have an employee internet account other than the system administrator account for the company .You can easily differentiate between your system administrator sign-in id and your employee sign-in id since their sequence is different.
Yes, a user can sign-in from different machines at the same time but, the latest sign-in will disable all the previous sign-in. Only one account can work at any one time.

Click on the Employer/Setup module in the tasking zone. Select the 'Manage User Account' option, further click System Administrator button. On the System Administrator Internet Details screen under 'Change / Update System Administrator Details' and click on the Edit link below the E-Mail option. Enter your current and new E-Mail in the change user sign in E-Mail screen and click on the continue button. You need to recover the Sign Up Link E-Mail from your bulk / junk mail folder. If it is your company's policy to reject E-Mails containing links we suggest you sign up to Google mail. After creating a Google mail account you can sign up for a fresh account with us. Google mail has never rejected our Sign Up Link E-Mail which you need to create an Internet Payroll account with us.
