Q1 I forgot my sign-in ID. How can I retrieve it?

Click on the forgot sign-in button in the home page. To retrieve your sign-In ID, click on the 'Click here' button corresponding to the "To Recover User Sign-In ID" option. Enter all the required details and click on the Submit button. Your sign-in id will be sent to your E-Mail address.

Click on the forgot sign-in button in the home page. To retrieve your sign-in password, click on the  'Click here' button corresponding to the "To Recover User Sign-In Password" option. Enter all the required details and click on the Submit button. For security reason, you will be asked to recreate all your Sign-In details, once your identity is confirmed.

Click on the forgot sign in button in the home page. To retrieve your pattern word, click on the 'Click here' button corresponding to the "To Recover Pattern Word" option. Enter all the required details and click on the Submit button. For security reason, you will be asked to recreate all your Sign-In details, once your identity is confirmed.

Q4 I forgot all my sign-in details. How can I retrieve them?

Click on the forgot sign in button in the home page. To retrieve all your sign-in details, click on the 'Click here' button corresponding to the "To Recover all the Sign-In Details" option. Enter all the required details and click on the submit button. We will send all your sign-in details by post to your company address.

Q5 What should  I do if an employee forgets his/her sign-in details?

Click on the employee module in the tasking zone. Select the Admin Employee Internet A/c option. Further click on the 'Current Employee Internet Account'. Click on the "Click to Send" link corresponding to the respective employee to resend his/her sign-in details.

Q6 Can I Sign Up for different companies using the same E-Mail address?

Yes, you can sign up for different companies using the same E-Mail address.

Q7 Why does sign-in id retrieval mail, lists more than one sign in id?

This is because you have signed up with this service using the same E-Mail address more than once. While sending you the sign-in id, we will list all your sign-in ids along with their respective company name and the last login date. Hence, you can sign in with the appropriate sign-in id.

Q8 Will I have an employee Internet account for myself other than the system administrator account for the company?

Yes, you can have an employee internet account other than the system administrator account for the company .You can easily differentiate between your system administrator sign-in id and your employee sign-in id since their sequence is different.

Q9 Can a person sign-in from different machines at the same time? If so, what will happen to the concurrent sign-in?

Yes, a user can sign-in from different machines at the same time but, the latest sign-in will disable all the previous sign-in. Only one account can work at any one time.

Q 10 How do I Sign up with internetpayroll.com if I don' t have an E-Mail ID?

Please create an E-Mail ID for yourself, so that we can create an account for you to use our service.

Q11 Within how many days should I activate my account for this service?

You should activate your account for this service within 30 days from the day the activation mail is sent to you.

Q12 How can I change my E-Mail address?

Click on the Employer/Setup module in the tasking zone.  Select the 'Manage User Account' option, further click System Administrator button. On the System Administrator Internet Details screen under 'Change / Update System Administrator Details' and click on the Edit link below the E-Mail option. Enter your current and new E-Mail in the change user sign in E-Mail screen and click on the continue button. Enter the required details in the final confirmation screen for confirmation and click on the continue button. Your E-Mail address will be changed.

Q13 How can I change my Employer PAYE Reference number?

Click on the Employer/Setup module in the tasking zone. Select the Chart of Setup option. Now under E-Filing, click on 'Change PAYE' link. Further click on the Edit button and enter the new PAYE reference number in the 'Employer's PAYE Reference' field and click on the Save button. Your Employer PAYE Reference number will be changed.

Q14 When I try to retrieve my sign-in password or pattern word, why does your system ask me a Security Question which I do not know the answer?

When you try to retrieve your password or pattern word, the system will ask you to select your User Category and enter your Sign-In ID, and E-Mail address. If you select and enter the wrong details i.e., your answer do not match with what is stored for you in our database, a default security question will be posed to you which you do not know the answer. The default security question will be the second level of security.

However, if you select and enter the correct details i.e., your answer does match with what is stored for you in our database, a default security question will be posed to you which you do not know the answer. Yet our service will allow you to proceed on to retrieve your password or pattern word.

Q15. Why have I not received the sign up link E-Mail?

To activate your Internet Payroll account you need the SIGN UP LINK E-Mail  that, we sent you. We believe your E-Mail server might have placed our Sign Up Link E-Mail in your bulk / junk mail folder by mistake.

You need to recover the Sign Up Link E-Mail from your bulk / junk mail folder. If it is your company's policy to reject E-Mails containing links we suggest you sign up to Google mail. After creating a Google mail account you can sign up for a fresh account with us. Google mail has never rejected our Sign Up Link E-Mail which you need to create an Internet Payroll account with us.
