Employer Details
Use
Here you can view/edit the Employer details you have already setup in the application. In this section , we have provided direct links to many of the key tasks. These tasks have been described below.
Path
As you sign in we directly take you to this screen. If you switch on to some other screen and wish to come back here, you can follow the below given path.

Fields Available
- Employer / Contractor Contact Details: Here you can view or edit the Employer's / Contractor's contact details that you provided when signing up with this service.
- E-Filing Setup: In order to use our E-Filing services, you will need an HM Revenue & Customs Sender ID and Password. This will enable you to access your HMRC mailbox to receive HMRC mails or tax code change notifications, to E-File in year forms such as P45 and Starter checklist and to E-File your end of year returns. To enter your E-Filing details into this service, click on this button. If you have not yet applied for a User ID and Password from the HM Revenue & Customs for E-Filing, click here to apply for one now.
- Employer Bank Details: To enter the Employer's / Contractor's bank details, click on this button. Once you enter and save these details, you can use this option to view or edit the details.
- Manage User Account: The personal details and sign in details of the System Administrator, Additional user and Employee users can be administered from here. If you wish to view or edit any of these details, click on this button.
- Support Request: Here you can invite a Support Team member to log into your account to help you to sort out the problem you have in the payroll system. Once you click on " Invite Support", the Support Team will be able to sign in to your account immediately.
- Getting Started with Internet Payroll: To get a better insight into the key features of this service, and for help on getting started, click on this button.
- Add New Employee: To add an employee and enter his/her personal information, Tax and NI details and optional details, click on this button.
- Chart of Setup: To setup your payroll parameters which includes, your preferred pay period date, entering your company departments, working patterns, setting up your company Holiday Schemes etc., click on this button.
- Able Payroll Invoices & Payment: To view your payroll invoices & payment details, click on this button.
Associated Tasks
- View / Edit: To view or edit any of the employer / contractor details, click on this button corresponding to the respective option.
- Demo / Help: If you wish to switch to any tasks other than those mentioned here, you can select the required option from the tasking zone i.e. the green horizontal bar on top. To view a demo of the same, click on this button.
- Enable: To enable the support click on this button. You will be taken to a screen where you can invite the support team member to login to your account and sort out the problems you have in your payroll account. You can also describe the problem you have with the payroll account.
- Add New: To add a new employee, click on this button.
- Invoices: To view invoices, click on this button.
