View Employee Personal Details

Use

As part of the employee creation process, your employer / contractor had entered your personal details. You can view those details here. If required, you can modify those details to reflect any changes that may have occurred since then.

Please note that the modifications can be made only if your employer / contractor has granted you access rights.

Sign-In > employee's Personal Details > View/Edit

Fields Available

Employee's Personal Details

• Employee's Name: The employee's name will be displayed here.
• Employee's Gender: The employee's gender will be displayed here.
• Employee's Date of Birth: The employee's date of birth will be displayed here.
• Employee's Marital Status: The employee's marital status will be displayed here.
• Employee's Address: The employee's address will be displayed here. To change the address click on the Edit button. You can modify the changes only if your employer / contractor has given you the access rights to edit the address and phone number.
• Employee's Tel. No.: The employee's telephone number will be displayed here.

Associated Tasks

• Edit: To make any modifications to your personal details, click on this button. It will open the Edit Your Personal Details screen, where you can make the required modifications.
• Back: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Employee Details screen.
