Edit Employee Personal Details
Use
As part of the employee creation process, your employer / contractor had entered your personal details. You can modify those personal details to reflect any changes that may have occurred since then.
Path
Sign-In > employee's Personal Details > View/Edit > Edit
Fields Available
Your Personal Details
- Your Name: Your name will be displayed here. You don't have an option to edit your name.
- Your Gender: Your gender will be displayed here.
- Your Date of Birth: Your date of birth will be displayed here.
- Your Marital Status: Your marital status will be displayed here.
- Your Address: Enter here your address.
- Town / City: Enter here the town or city pertaining to your address.
- County: Enter here the County pertaining to your address.
- Post Code: Enter here the postcode pertaining to your address.
- Country: From the drop down list select the country pertaining to your address.
- Your Tel. No: Enter here your telephone number.
- Your Mobile. No: Enter here your mobile number.
Your Additional Telephone Numbers
- Additional Telephone No.: If you have any additional telephone numbers, then enter it here.
- Type: From the drop down list select the reference related to the additional telephone number
- Location: Enter here the location to which the additional telephone number belongs.
- Action: This field displays the various tasks associated with the data in each row e.g. Save, Edit, Delete, etc.
Associated Tasks
- Edit: To make any modifications to your additional telephone numbers, click on this link.
- Save: If you are sure about all the entries made to the additional telephone numbers click on this button.
- Update: If you are sure about all the entries click on this button. You will be taken back to the View Employee Details screen, where all the changes can be viewed.
- Cancel: If you wish to exit this screen without saving the changes, click on this button. You will be taken back to the View Employee Details screen.
