View Employee Employment Details
Use
As part of the employee creation process, you had entered the employment details of the employee. In this screen you can view those details. If required, you can modify those details to reflect any changes that may have occurred since then.

Fields Available
Employee's Employment Details
- Works No./ Payroll ID: The works number of the employee will be displayed here.
- Payment Frequency: The employee's payment frequency will be displayed here.
- Irregular Payment Indicator: The irregular payment indictor set while creating employee or while editing Employee Employment Details will be displayed here.
- Off-Payroll Worker: Selected from the drop down list, YES or NO will be displayed here.
- Employee / Pensioner Type: The employee / pensioner type will be displayed here.
- Working Outside UK: The details on whether the employee works outside/inside UK will be displayed here.
- Employee to Pay Tax: The details on whether the employee to pay tax/not pay tax will be displayed here.
- Employee to Pay NI: The details on whether the employee to pay NI/not pay NI will be displayed here.
- Employer to Pay NI: The details on whether the employer to pay NI/not pay NI will be displayed here.
- Already had qualifying AE pension scheme?: Whether the employee already has AE pension scheme or not will be displayed here.
- Subject to Auto Enrolment Pension: The details on whether the employee is eligible for AE pension scheme or not will be displayed here.
- Holiday Scheme: This field displays the holiday scheme for this employee.
- Employee's Employment Start Date: This field displays the date from which this employee has started working for you.
- Employee's Job Title: This field displays the employee's job title.
- Payment Method: This field displays the payment method for the employee.
- Department Name: This field displays the department that the employee will be working.
- Cost Center Name: This field displays the cost center assigned for the employee.
- Number of Normal Hours Worked: The number of normal hours worked will be displayed here.
Associated Tasks
- Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
- Edit: To make any modifications to the employee's employment details, click on this button. It will open the Edit Employee Employment Details screen, where you can make the required modifications.
