Van Setup - List
Use
Van benefit is a tax on an employee for the benefit of having a van available for private use. It treats the employee as though their earnings for tax were higher by a notional sum (the "cash equivalent" of the benefit).
In this screen you can setup the details of vans that are available and it can be later assigned to your employees.
Path
Employer / Setup > Chart of Setup > P11D Masters > Van
Fields Available
The top row displays the details such as name, department, E-Mail address etc. of the selected employee.
- Van Regn. No: The registration number of the van will be displayed here.
- Van Make: The make of the van will be displayed here.
- Van Model: The model of the van will be displayed here.
- Date First Registered: This field displays the date on which the van was first registered.
- Color: The color of the van will be displayed here.
- Seating Capacity: This field displays the seating capacity of the van.
- Van Used As: This field displays whether the van is used exclusively or as a shared van.
- Action: The various tasks associated with the data in each row will be displayed here. For example, Save, Edit, Remove, etc.
Associated Tasks
- Add New Van: To enter a new van to your list of vans click on this button. It will open the Add New Van screen where you can enter the details of the new van.
- View/Edit: To view or modify the details of the van, click on the View/Edit button relating to the respective van.
- Remove: To remove the details of a van, click on the remove button relating to the respective van. A confirmation message will appear. Click on OK to continue.
- Done: If you have finished viewing, creating or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Assign Benefits screen.
