Q1. How to Print a P60/P45 or any other forms onto Pre-Printed HMRC Stationery?

Please follow the instructions below to print onto the HMRC's pre-printed stationery: -

1. Select the printer from the drop down list.

2. In the Print Dialog box, under the "Page Sizing & Handling" section, select "Actual Size" and Click the option "Choose paper source by PDF page size" then finally Click on "Print" button.

3. Now insert the pre-printed stationery form correctly into the printer tray and click " OK " to print.

Yes. You can print all the reports available in the reports section in PDF format provided you have adobe acrobat downloaded and installed on to your operating system.

Q3. Where can i view the previous year end reports like P14, P60, P45 of my employees?

You can view and print all your employees previous year end reports from Reports section. Go to Reports on tasking zone and click on Payslip, Payroll & PAYE View / Print option. Now, click on the appropriate link to view / print the reports.
