Replace Car

Use

This screen is used to replace a car benefit of the employee. It displays the list of all your employees and the list of company cars that are available for replacement.

Fields Available

Employee List

• Employee Name: This field displays the name of the employee.
• Works No.: This field displays the work number assigned to the employee.
• Select: Click on the radio button to select an employee.

Assigned Cars List:- The Assigned Cars List area will be empty if no car has been assigned to the selected employee.

• Select: Click on the radio button to select the existing car of the employee that you wish to replace.
• Car Make: This field displays the make of the car.
• Car Model: This field displays the model of the car.
• Year: This field displays the year of the car make.
• Car Regn. No.: This field displays the registration number of the car.
• Color: This field displays the color of the car.

Cars available for Replacement

• Select: Click on the radio button to select the car to be assigned to the employee.
• Car Make: This field displays the make of the car.
• Car Model: This field displays the model of the car.
• Year: This field displays the year of the car make.
• Car Regn. No.: This field displays the registration number of the car.
• Color: This field displays the color of the car.

Associated Tasks

• Done: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Assign Benefits screen.
• Continue: To proceed with the car replacement process, select the appropriate employee, the car to be replaced and the car to be assigned to the employee and click on this button. You will be taken to the Car Benefits Replace screen.
