Benefit M. Other items - List

Use

The benefits under Other Items are categorised as Class 1A, Director Income Tax and Non Class 1A.  Class 1A  further contains the benefits including Stop Loss Charges, Non Qualifying Benefits, Educational Assistance CL1A, Subscriptions and Fees, Other Benefits etc. Non Class 1A further contains the benefits including Nursery Places, Other Benefits, Loans Written or Waived, Educational Assistance, Subs and Professional Fees etc.

This screen displays the list of other items provided to the particular employee you selected.

Fields Available

The top row displays the details such as name, department, E-Mail address etc. of the selected employee.

The following details are displayed further.

• Ref. No.: This field is automatically generated.
• Date of Payment: This field displays the date on which the benefit was provided to the employee.
• Other Items: This field displays the category of item provided to the employee.
• Employer's Cost Paid: This field displays the cost incurred by the employer / contractor towards the item.
• Amount made good: This field displays the amount that the employee has paid towards the item.
• Cash Equivalent Amount: The cash equivalent amount will be displayed here.
• Action: The various tasks associated with the data in each row will be displayed here. For example Save, Edit, Remove, etc.

Associated Tasks

• Add New Other Item: To enter details of a new asset click on this button. It will open the Other items Add screen.
• View/Edit: To view or edit the details of the item provided to the employee, click on the View/Edit button relating to the respective item record. It will open the Other items View screen.
• Remove: To delete any item details click on the Remove button relating to the respective item record.
• Done: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Assign Benefits screen.
