Benefit M. Other items - View
Use
The benefits under Other Items are categorised as Class 1A, Director Income Tax and Non Class 1A. Class 1A further contains the benefits including Stop Loss Charges, Non Qualifying Benefits, Educational Assistance CL1A, Subscriptions and Fees, Other Benefits etc. Non Class 1A further contains the benefits including Nursery Places, Other Benefits, Loans Written or Waived, Educational Assistance, Subs and Professional Fees etc.
This screen displays the details of other items provided to an employee.

Fields Available
The top row displays the details such as name, department, E-Mail address etc. of the selected employee.
Other Items Details
- Item Category: This field displays the category of item.
- Item Sub Category : This field displays the item sub category.
- Date of Payment: This field displays the date on which the payment was made.
- Memo: This field displays any additional information regarding the other item provided.
The following details are displayed further.
- (M 1) Employer's Cost Paid: This field displays the cost incurred by the employer / contractor towards the benefit.
- (M 2) Amount made good by employee: This field displays the amount that the employee has paid towards the benefit.
- (M) Total Cash Equivalent Taxable Amount: The cash equivalent amount will be displayed here.

- Done: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to Other items - List screen.
- Edit: To edit the details of the item provided, click on this button. It will open the Other items Edit screen.
