Edit Employee Employment Details
Use
As part of the employee creation process, you had entered the employment details of your employee. In this screen you can modify those details to reflect any changes that may have occurred since then.
Path
Employee > View/Edit Employee Details > View/Edit Link > Employee's Employment Details > View/Edit > Edit
Fields Available
- Works No: Here employee's Works number will be displayed.
- Employee's Employment Start Date: Enter here employee's employment start date.
- Employee / Pensioner Type: Please select from the drop down the correct employee or pensioner type.

Bereaved Spouse
- Pension Start Date: Enter the pension start date.
- Annual Pension Amount: Please enter the annual pension amount.
- Flexibly Accessing Pension Rights: Is employee Spouse using his pension rights. Select from the dropdown Yes or No.
- Pension Death Benefit: Is employee's is getting pension death benefit pls select from dropdown Yes or No.
- Department Name: From the drop down list select the department that the employee will be working in. If the department you require is not listed here then you can create a new department by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.
- Cost Center Name: From the drop down list select and assign the cost center for the employee. If the cost center you require is not listed here then you can create a new cost center or modify the existing one by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.
- Works No: Here employee's Works numberf will be displayed.
- Employee's Employment Start Date:Enter here employee's employment start date.
- Employee / Pensioner Type: Please select from the drop down the correct employee or pensioner type.

Director
- Directorship Start Date: Enter Directorship Start Date.
- Department Name: From the drop down list select the department that the employee will be working in. If the department you require is not listed here then you can create a new department by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.
- Cost Center Name: From the drop down list select and assign the cost center for the employee. If the cost center you require is not listed here then you can create a new cost center or modify the existing one by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.
- Works No: Here employee's Works numberf will be displayed.
- Employee's Employment Start Date:Enter here employee's employment start date.
- Employee / Pensioner Type: Please select from the drop down the correct employee or pensioner type.

Director as Employee
- Directorship Start Date: Enter Directorship Start Date.
- Department Name: From the drop down list select the department that the employee will be working in. If the department you require is not listed here then you can create a new department by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.

- Cost Center Name: From the drop down list select and assign the cost center for the employee. If the cost center you require is not listed here then you can create a new cost center or modify the existing one by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.
- Works No: Here employee's Works number will be displayed.
- Employee's Employment Start Date:Enter here employee's employment start date.
- Employee / Pensioner Type: Please select from the drop down the correct employee or pensioner type.

Expat Employee
- Employee Selected Statement in Form P46(Expat): Please select from the drop down the statement A B or C.
- European Economic Area citizen: Select from the drop down Yes or No is employee is european citizen or not.
- EPM6 (Modified) Scheme Indicator: Select from the drop down Yes or No is employee is under EPM6.
- Department Name: From the drop down list select the department that the employee will be working in. If the department you require is not listed here then you can create a new department by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.
- Cost Center Name: From the drop down list select and assign the cost center for the employee. If the cost center you require is not listed here then you can create a new cost center or modify the existing one by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.
- Works No: Here employee's Works number will be displayed.
- Employee's Employment Start Date:Enter here employee's employment start date.
- Employee / Pensioner Type: Please select from the drop down the correct employee or pensioner type.

- Pension Start Date: Enter the pension start date.
- Annual Pension Amount: Please enter the annual pension amount.

- University / College Name: Please enter student employee university or college name.
- Department Name: From the drop down list select the department that the employee will be working in. If the department you require is not listed here then you can create a new department by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.
- Cost Center Name: From the drop down list select and assign the cost center for the employee. If the cost center you require is not listed here then you can create a new cost center or modify the existing one by going to the Chart of Setup option under the Employer module.
Associated Tasks
- Cancel: If you wish to exit this screen without saving the changes, click on this button.
- Save: If you are sure about all the entries and wish to continue, click on this button. You will be taken back to the View Employee Employment Details screen, where all the changes can be viewed.
