View SPP Birth Details

Use

You can view the Statutory Paternity Pay - Birth details for the selected employee on this screen.

Fields Available

View SPP Birth Details

• Select SPP Birth Payment Type: This field displays the SPP birth Payment type you had selected to indicate the effect SPP will have on the employee's basic pay.
• Baby Due Date: This field displays the date on which the baby is expected to be born.
• Baby Born Date: This field displays the actual date on which the baby was born.
• Baby Born Still: This field displays whether the baby is Still-born or not.
• Notified Leave Start Date: This field displays the date on which the employee intends to start his/her Paternity Leave.
• Return to Work Date: The date on which the employee has actually returned to work after his/her Paternity leave will be displayed here.
• Enter Average Weekly Earnings manually: This field displays whether you would want to calculate the average weekly earnings manually or not.
• Average Weekly Earnings: The average weekly earning of the employee will be displayed here.
• Manual Calculation: This field displays whether you have selected manual calculation to calculate your employee's SPP birth amount or not.
• SPP Birth Amount for Manual Calculation: If you selected manual calculation, then the amount of SPP birth to be paid to the employee will be displayed here.
• Date of leaving: If the employee has left your employment, then his/her leaving date will be displayed here.

This section is only applicable if you are migrating your data from your current payroll package

• Total number of weeks paid for SPP (Current plus Previous Tax Year Weeks): This field displays the total number of weeks that have been paid for the SPP in previous & current tax year.
• Total amount of money paid for SPP (Current plus Previous Tax Year Amounts): This field displays the total amount that has been paid for SPP in previous & current tax year.
• Total amount of money paid for SPP (Current Tax Year Amounts only): This field displays the total amount that has been paid for SPP in this current tax year.

Associated Tasks

• Edit: To modify any of the SPP birth Payment details, click on this button.
• Back: If you have finished viewing, creating or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP/ShPP Payments screen.
