PPP Work Date

Use

In this screen you can enter the dates on which the selected employee worked for you during his/her PPP (adoption). If your employee returns to work for you at any time during his/her Paternity Pay Period, even if he/she works for only half a day he/she will lose a whole weeks Statutory Paternity Pay. He/she will not be entitled to Statutory Paternity Pay for any week in which he/she does some work for you.

Fields Available

Add PPP Work date

• PPP Work date: Enter here the date on which the employee worked during his/her PPP Adoption. You can use the calendar button to enter the date. Click on the Save button to save your entries, or Done to close the box without saving.

Note: If your employee returns to work for you at any time during his/her Paternity Pay Period, even if he/she works for only half a day he/she will lose a whole weeks' Statutory Paternity Pay. He/she will not be entitled to Statutory Paternity Pay for any week in which he/she does some work for you.

• Action: This field displays the various tasks associated with the data in each row. For example, Save, Edit, Delete, etc.

Associated Tasks

• Save: To save the newly added details click on this button. The new details will appear on the screen
• Edit: To modify any of the details, click on this button corresponding to that row. The row becomes editable.
• Remove: To delete any of the details, click on this button corresponding to that row. A confirmation message appears. Click on OK to continue.
• Update: To save the modified details, click on this button. The new details will appear on the screen. This button appears only when you click on the Edit button to modify any details.
• Cancel: To cancel the Edit action, click on this button. This button appears only when you click on the Edit button to modify any details.
• Back: If you have finished viewing, creating or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the SMP/SAP/SPP/ShPP Payment screen.
