View SPP Adoption Details

Use

You can view the Statutory Paternity Pay - Adoption Details for the selected employee on this screen.

Fields Available

View SPP Adoption Details

• Select SPP Adoption Payment Type: This field displays the SPP Adoption Payment type you had selected to indicate the effect SPP will have on the employee's basic pay.
• Match Notified Date: This field displays the date on which the match was notified.
• Child Placed Date: This field displays the date on which the child is actually placed i.e. the date the child actually starts living with their new family.
• Child Expected Date: This field displays the date on which the child is expected to be placed for adoption.
• Notified Leave Start Date: This field displays the date on which the employee told you they plan to start their adoption leave.
• Return to Work Date: The date on which the employee is expected to return to work will be displayed here.
• Disrupted Date: If the placement is terminated for any reason, the terminated date will be displayed here.
• Enter Average Weekly Earnings manually: This field displays whether you would want to calculate the average weekly earnings manually or not.
• Average Weekly Earnings: The average weekly earning of the employee will be displayed here.
• Manual Calculation: This field displays whether you have selected manual calculation to calculate your employee's SPP adoption or not.
• SPP Birth Amount for Manual Calculation: If you selected manual calculation, then the amount of SPP adoption to be paid to the employee will be displayed here.
• Date of leaving: If the employee has left your employment, then the date of leaving the employment will be displayed here.

This section is only applicable if you are migrating your data from your current payroll package

• Total number of weeks paid for SPP (Current plus Previous Tax Year Weeks): This field displays the total number of weeks that have been paid for the SPP in previous & current tax year.
• Total amount of money paid for SPP (Current plus Previous Tax Year Amounts): This field displays the total amount that has been paid for SPP in previous & current tax year.
• Total amount of money paid for SPP (Current Tax Year Amounts only): This field displays the total amount that has been paid for SPP in this current tax year.

Associated Tasks

• Edit: To modify any of the SPP adoption Payment details, click on this button.
• Back: If you have finished viewing, creating or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the SMP/SAP/SPP Payments screen.
