View SAP Details

You can view the Statutory Adoption Pay details for the selected employee on this screen

Fields Available

View SAP Details

• Select SAP Payment Type: This field displays the SAP Payment type you had selected to indicate the effect SAP will have on the employee's basic pay.
• Match Notified Date: This field displays the date on which the match was notified. "Match" means the adoption agency has decided that the person is suitable to adopt a particular child
• Child Expected Date: The date on which the child is expected to be placed for adoption will be displayed here.
• Child Placed Date: This field displays the date on which the child is actually placed i.e., the date the child actually starts living with their new family.
• Notified Leave Start Date: This field displays the date on which the employee told you they plan to start their adoption leave.
• Return to Work Date: The date on which the employee is expected to return to work is displayed here.
• Disrupted Date: If the placement is terminated for any reason, then the terminated date will be displayed here.
• Enter Average Weekly Earnings manually: This field displays whether you would want to calculate the average weekly earnings manually or not.
• Average Weekly Earnings: The average weekly earning of the employee will be displayed here.
• Manual Calculation: This field displays whether you wish to manually calculate and enter your employee's SAP amount or not.
• SAP Amount for Manual Calculation: If you have selected manual calculation, then this field displays the amount of SAP you wish to pay to the employee.
• Date of leaving: If the employee has left your employment, then his/her leaving date will be displayed here.

This section is only applicable if you are migrating your data from your current payroll package

• Total number of weeks paid for SAP (Current plus Previous Tax Year Weeks): This field displays the total number of weeks that have been paid for the SAP in previous & current tax year.
• Total amount of money paid for SAP (Current plus Previous Tax Year Amounts): This field displays the total amount that has been paid for SAP in previous & current tax year.
• Total amount of money paid for SAP (Current Tax Year Amounts only): This field displays the total amount that has been paid for SAP in this current tax year.

Associated Tasks

• Edit: To modify any of the SAP Payment details, click on this button.
• Back: If you have finished viewing, creating or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the SMP/SAP/SPP/ShPP Payments screen.
