View ShPP Adoption Details

Use

You can view the Statutory Shared Paternity Pay - Adoption details for the selected employee on this screen.

Fields Available

View ShPP Adoption Details

• Select ShPP Adoption Payment Type: This field displays the ShPP adoption Payment type you had selected to indicate the effect ShPP will have on the employee's basic pay.
• Match Notified Date: The date on which the match was notified will be displayed here. Match means the adoption agency has decided that the person is suitable to adopt a particular child. You will find this date on the Matching Certificate.
• Child Placed Date: Here the date the child is actually placed will be displayed i.e. the date the child actually starts living with their new family.
• SAP Start Date: The date on which the employee intends to start his/her Paternity Leave will be displayed.
• When was the adopter in receipt of SAP last paid up to?: The date on which the employee intends to last paid date will be displayed.
• Return to Work Date: This field displays the date on which the employee has actually returned to work after his/her Paternity leave will be displayed here.
• Shared Parental Pay (ShPP) start date: This field displays the date on which the employee intends to start ShPP.
• Shared Parental Pay (ShPP) end date: This field displays the date on which the employee ends ShPP.
• Employee's Return to Work Date: This field displays the date on which the employee has actually returned to work after Paternity leave.
• Enter Average Weekly Earnings manually: This field displays whether you would want to calculate the average weekly earnings manually or not.
• Average Weekly Earnings: The average weekly earning of the employee will be displayed here.
• Manual Calculation: This field displays whether you have selected manual calculation to calculate your employee's ShPP adoption amount or not.
• ShPP Birth Amount for Manual Calculation: If you selected manual calculation, then the amount of ShPP adoption to be paid to the employee will be displayed here.

Details of Partner of the child

• Partner's Surname: The Partner's surname will be displayed here.
• Partner's Fore Name: The Partner's forename will be displayed here.
• Partner's Second Forename: The Partner's second forename will be displayed here.
• Partner's Address: The Partner's current address will be displayed here.
• Partner's NINO: The Partner's NINO will be displayed here.

Associated Tasks

• Edit: To modify any of the ShPP adoption Payment details, click on this button.
• Back: If you have finished viewing, creating or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP/ShPP Payments screen.
