View SPBP Details

Use

You can view the Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay (SPBP) details for the selected employee on this screen.

Payrun > Payment Frequency (Weekly/Monthly/2 Weekly/4 Weekly/Quarterly/Annual/Bi-annual) > Other Payments > SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP/ShPP/SPBP Payment & Record > SPBP Details > View/Edit

Fields Available

View SPBP Details

• Select SPBP Payment Type: This field displays the SPBP Payment type you had selected to indicate the effect SPBP will have on the employee's basic pay.
• Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay (SPBP) start date: This field displays the date on which the employee intends to start SPBP.
• Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay (SPBP) end date: This field displays the date on which the employee ends SPBP.
• Manual Calculation: This field displays whether you have selected manual calculation to calculate your employee's SPBP adoption amount or not.
• SPBP Adoption Amount for Manual Calculation: If you selected manual calculation, then the amount of SPBP adoption to be paid to the employee will be displayed here.

Associated Tasks

• Edit: To modify any of the SPBP adoption Payment details, click on this button.
• Back: If you have finished viewing, creating or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP/ShPP/SPBP Payments screen.
