Assign Van

Use

Van benefit is a tax on an employee for the benefit of having a van available for private use. It treats the employee as though their earnings for tax were higher by a notional sum (the "cash equivalent" of the benefit). This screen is used to assign van to the employees.

Fields Available

Employee List

• Employee Name: This field displays the name of the employee.
• Work No.: This field displays the work number assigned to the employee.
• Select: Choose the radio button to select an employee.

Available Car List

• Assign: Choose the radio button to assign the car to an employee.
• Van Regn. No.: This field displays the registration number of the van.
• Van Make & Model: This field displays the make and model of the van.
• Color: This field displays the color of the van.
• Van Used as: This field displays whether the van is used exclusively or shared.

Associated Tasks

• Assign Van: To assign a van to an employee, select the employee name from the Employee List and the van from the Available Vans List and click on this button. It will open the Van - Assign screen.
