Weekly Employee Timesheet

Use

You have now reached the stage where you can enter your employees' timesheet. The screen displays the list of all your weekly paid employees. You can view or add your employees timesheet by clicking on the View / Add Timesheet link corresponding to the respective employee on the screen. If your employee list is too long to be viewed, click on the "Next" option, provided below to view the rest of the list. Click on the "Previous" option to come to the preceding screen.

Please note that, if you add a new employee in Timeclaim, the employee details will be added to our Internet Payroll service automatically. Also, any changes made to employee details in either of the applications will be updated accordingly in both the applications.

Please note that your employees can also enter their timesheet and submit it for your approval. Once they submit the timesheet, the timesheet appears in timesheet list where you can further view and approve or reject it.
