Final Confirmation

Use

In this screen you will have to enter all your sign in details created so far for final confirmation. Most of the support calls we receive are from users who have forgotten their Sign In details. The whole Sign Up process has been designed to help you to remember all the items required for sign in. If you cannot remember any one of the required Sign In items, please click on the "Click Here to Re-Create" link, to re-create them. Any re-created items such as password, pattern word, security question and answer will automatically overwrite the previous forgotten ones. Thereafter, you must use the latest re-created items to sign in.

Fields Available

• Your E-Mail Used for this Service: Enter here your E-Mail address that you gave your Employer / Contractor for use in this service. You can not change your E-Mail address at this stage. You can change it once you sign in to this service.
• Your Employee User Sign In Password: Enter here your password that you wish to use when signing in to this service. Your password must be six characters or more.
• Employee User Security Question: This field displays the security question that you have selected.
• Your Answer: Enter here the answer to the security question you have selected. We will use this information if we need to verify your identity. To protect your account, make sure your answer is memorable for you but hard for others to guess.
• Enter the letters of your Pattern Word: Enter here two random characters that you have been asked for from your chosen pattern word.
