View Subcontractor Details

Use

You can view your subcontractor's complete details on this screen. You can further edit the details by simply clicking on the Edit button.

Fields Available

• Subcontractor Type: This field displays the subcontractor type.
• Subcontractor Works Reference: The subcontractor's works reference number will be displayed here.
• Tax Treatment: The subcontractor's tax treatment rate will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor Verification No.: The subcontractor's verification number will be displayed here.

These details will appear only if the subcontractor type is Company.

• Subcontractor's Trading Name: The subcontractor's trading name will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's UTR No.: The Subcontractor's UTR number will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's CRN: The subcontractor's company registration number will be displayed here.

These details will appear only if the subcontractor type is Partnership.

• Subcontractor's Partnership Name: The partnership name of the subcontractor will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Partnership UTR No.: The partnership UTR number of the subcontractor will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Partner Type: The subcontractor's partner type will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Partner Title: The subcontractor's partner type will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Partner Surname: The Subcontractor's Partner Surname will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Partner Forename: The Subcontractor's Partner Forename will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Partner Second Forename: The Subcontractor's Partner Second Forename will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's NINo: The NI number of the subcontractor will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor Partner Trading Name: The subcontractor's trading name, if the subcontractor partner type is others will be displayed here.

These details will appear only if the subcontractor is a sole trader.

• Subcontractor Title: The title of the subcontractor will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor Surname: The subcontractor's surname will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor Forename: The subcontractor's forename will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor Second Forename: The subcontractor's second forename will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor UTR: The subcontractor's UTR number will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor NINo: The subcontractor's NI number will be displayed here.

These details will appear irrespective of the subcontractor type

• Subcontractor's E-Mail: The subcontractor's E-Mail address will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Address: The subcontractor's address will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Tel. No.: The subcontractor's contact telephone number will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Fax No.: The fax number of the subcontractor will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's additional Tel. No.: The additional telephone number of the subcontractor will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor's Payment Frequency: The payment frequency of the subcontractor will be displayed here.
• Subcontractor VAT No.: If the subcontractor is VAT registered, the VAT number will be displayed here.
