View Project Details

Use

You can view the project details on this screen. The project information includes the project name, client name, rates etc. You can further edit the project information through this screen.

Employer / Setup > View/Edit Project > View / Edit

Fields Available

Fields marked with red asterisks are mandatory.

Project Information

• Project Name: The project name will be displayed here.
• Clients Name: The client name will be displayed here.
• Project Code: The project code will be displayed here
• Standard Billing Rates/Hour (£): The standard billing rate of the project will be displayed here.
• Overtime Rates / hour in % (against Rates / hour): The overtime rates in percentage will be displayed here.
• VAT: The VAT you selected for this project will be displayed here.

Additional Roles and Rates per Hour

• Roles: The additional roles that you had setup in the chart of setup will be displayed here.
• Rate Per Hour (£): The rates per hour corresponding to the respective role for this project will be displayed here.
• Allowed Expenses: The expenses that you had added while adding this project will be displayed here.

Associated Tasks

• Edit: To edit any of the project details, click on this button.
• Back: If you wish to exit this screen, click on this button.
