2 Weekly Payrun Quick Review
Use
In this screen you can have a quick review of the employees' pay that you have processed. This screen lists the employees processed pay data where you can view his/her total gross pay, PAYE Tax, pension deductions, NI, current net pay, etc.
Path
Payrun > 2 Weekly > Save Data and Process Pay
Fields Available
- Works No.: The employee's works number will be displayed here.
- Employee Name: The employees' name will be displayed here.
- Total Gross: The total amount of pay before any deductions have been made corresponding to the respective employee will be displayed here.
- PAYE Tax: The Pay As You Earn tax contribution deducted for the tax period that you have selected will be displayed here.
- NI: The amount of National Insurance contribution deducted for the tax period that you have selected will be displayed here.
- Pension Deduction: The pension deductions if any, for the tax period that you have selected will be displayed here.
- Current Net Pay: The employees' eventual take home pay for the tax period that you have selected will be displayed here.
- Previous Net Pay: The employees' previous net pay will be displayed here.
- Amend Pay Data: If you wish to make any changes to the pay data, then click on the Amend link corresponding to the respective employee.
- Pay Summary: If you wish to view the employee's pay summary, then click on View link corresponding to the respective employee.

- Back: To go back to the 2 Weekly Payrun screen, click on this button.
