View/Edit P11D

Use

You can view the whole P11D details of your current and former employees here. All the employees for whom you have assigned P11D benefits will be listed. You can select and view the benefit summary details of any of the employees by clicking on Current or Former employee sections appropriately.

Please note, only the current year former employee list will be listed on this screen.

Fields Available

• Works No.: The employee's works number will be displayed here.
• Employee Name: The employee's name will be displayed here.
• Department: The department in which the employee works will be displayed here.
• NINo: The employee's National Insurance number will be displayed here.
• Employee P11D Detail: The summary of the P11D benefits assigned to employees can be viewed here. To view the P11D summary of any employee, click on the View/Edit link relating to the respective employee.

Associated Tasks

• View/Edit P11D: To view the summary of the P11D benefits assigned to the employee, click on the View/Edit button relating to the respective employee.
• Done: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Assign Benefits screen.
