If required, you can modify those details to reflect any changes that may have occurred since then. You can also add, view or edit your HM Revenue & Customs office details.

Employer / Contractor HMRC Office Details
- Employer's / Contractor's PAYE Reference: The Employer's / Contractor's PAYE reference number will be displayed here.
- Accounts Office Reference: The Employer's / Contractor's account office reference number will be displayed here.
- HMRC Office Name: If you enter the HM Revenue & Customs office name, it will be displayed here.
- HMRC Office Address: If you enter the address of the HM Revenue & Customs office, it will be displayed here.
- HMRC Office Contact Person's Name: If you enter the name of the contact person, whom you deal with in the HM Revenue & Customs office, it will be displayed here.
- HMRC Office E-Mail: If you enter the E-Mail address of the HM Revenue & Customs office, it will be displayed here.
- HMRC Office Tel. No. 1: If you enter the telephone number of the HM Revenue & Customs office, it will be displayed here.
- HMRC Office Tel. No. 2: If you enter any additional telephone number of the HM Revenue & Customs office, it will be displayed here.
- HMRC Office Fax No.: If you enter the fax number of the HM Revenue & Customs office, it will be displayed here.
