Head Office Details
Use
Every time you click on the Head Office Details, you will be taken to this screen. From here you can switch on to any task of your choice. To make the process simple for you, we have provided direct links to many of the key tasks. These tasks have been described below.

Fields Available
- Head Office Contact Details: You can view or edit the Head office contact details that you provided when signing up with this service.
- Head Office Bank Details: To enter the Head office bank details, click on this button. Once you enter and save these details, you can use this option to view or edit the details.
- Head Office System Administrator Details: The personal details and sign in details of the System Administrator will be displayed here. If you wish to view or edit any of these details, click on this button.
- Former Branch Offices: To view your former branch office details click on this button.
- Support Request: Here you can invite a Support Team member to log into your account to help you to sort out the problem you have in the payroll system. Once you click on " Invite Support", the Support Team will be able to sign in to your account immediately.
- PayRun & BACS Customisation: You can use this option to customise various payroll setting based on your requirements.
- E-Filing Setup: In order to use our E-Filing services, you will need an HM Revenue & Customs Sender ID and Password. This will enable you to access your HMRC mailbox to receive HMRC mails or tax code change notifications, to E-File in year forms such as P45 and Starter checklist and to E-File your end of year returns. To enter your E-Filing details into this service, click on this button. If you have not yet applied for a User ID and Password from the HM Revenue & Customs for E-Filing, click here to apply for one now.
- Head Office System User Internet Account : You can administer here the account status of all the Head office users for whom you have enabled this service account.
- Branch Office System User Internet Account: To maintain the branch office user Internet account click on this button.
Associated Tasks
- View/Edit: To view or edit any of the Head office or branch office details, click on this button corresponding to the respective option.
- Enable: To enable support request for your account, click on this button.
- Demo: If you wish to switch to any tasks other than those mentioned here, you can select the required option from the tasking zone i.e. the horizontal bar on top. To view a demo of the same, click on this button.
