Former Branches
Use
This screen displays a list of former branch offices, facilitating you to view the complete details like their account details, current employees and the tax year details etc.
Please note you can process former branch office's P11D and manage their account details. You can also reinstate the service for this branch office if required.

Multi-Sites Payroll Starter > Head Office Details > Former Branch Offices > View / Edit
Fields Available
- Row No.: The row number will be displayed here.
- Former Branch Office Name: This field displays the name of the former branch office.
- Current Employees: This field displays the number of the employees currently employed by this branch office.
- Service Cease date: The date on which the branch office was removed or the service was ceased will be displayed here.
- Reinstate Branch: If you would like to reinstate the branch office, click on this link corresponding to the appropriate branch office.
- P11D Tax Year: This field displays the P11D tax year.
- PAYE Tax Year: This field displays the PAYE tax year.
Associated Tasks
- Reinstate: Click on this link to reinstate the branch office service. You can reinstate only one branch office at a time.
- Back: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Head Office Details screen.
