Role Setup

Use

You can set up different roles in this section that will further be replicated while adding a new project to the application. These roles also appear in the timesheet where you can select the appropriate role to bill the client for a particular project.

Path

Employer/Setup > Chart of Setup > Role Setup > View/Edit

Fields Available

Fields marked with red asterisks are mandatory.

• Role Ref.: Enter here the role reference number.
• Role Name: Enter here the role name your company may be using. Example: Testing, Coding, Admin etc.
• Action: The various tasks associated with the data in each row will be displayed here. For example Save, Edit, Delete, etc.

Associated Tasks

• Edit: To edit any of the role details, click on this button corresponding to the respective option.
• Save: If you are sure about all the entries and wish to continue, click on this button.
• Back: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
