Add Pension Provider

Use

In this section you can enter and store comprehensive information relating to all the pension scheme providers your company may be using. This information includes the address and contact details of the provider, as well as their full bank details.

Any of the pension providers you enter here will be added to a list of scheme providers, which can be selected from where you enter details of pension schemes in the employee's Pay and Deductions section.

Note that it is very important to enter the pension provider's full bank details if you are to pay contributions to the provider using the BACS (Bank Services Automated Clearing System) method.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Pension Provider Details

• Provider's Name: Enter here the pension provider's name.
• Employer Pension Scheme Ref. (EPSR): Enter here the Employer Pension Scheme Ref.
• Other Ref.: If your pension provider has any other additional reference then enter it here.
• Pension Scheme Name: Enter here the Pension Scheme Name.
• Pension Scheme Registry No (PSR): Enter here the Pension Scheme Registry No (PSR).
• Provider's Address: Enter here the pension provider's address.
• Town / City: Enter here the town or city pertaining to the pension provider's address.
• County: Enter here the county pertaining to the pension provider's address
• Post Code: Enter here the post code pertaining to the pension provider's address.
• Country: From the drop down list, select the country pertaining to the pension provider's address.
• Provider's Tel. No.: Enter here the pension provider's telephone number.
• Provider's Fax No.: Enter here the pension provider's fax number.
• Provider's E-Mail: Enter here the pension provider's E-Mail address.
• Provider's Contact Person's Name: Enter here the name of the person you normally deal with at the Provider's office.
• Provider's Contact Person's Mobile: Enter here the mobile phone number of the contact person.
• Last Payment Date: Enter here the date of the last payment that you made to the pension provider. You can use the calendar button to enter the date.
• Next Payment Date: Enter here the next payment due date, for your pension contribution. You can use the calendar button to enter the date.

Pension Provider Bank details

• Provider's Bank Name: Enter here the name of the bank with which your pension provider has an account.
• Provider's Bank Branch Name: Enter here the branch name of the pension provider's bank.
• Provider's Bank Address: Enter here the address of the pension provider's bank.
• Town / City: Enter here the town or city pertaining to the pension provider's bank address.
• County: Enter here the county pertaining to the pension provider's bank address.
• Post Code: Enter here the post code pertaining to the pension provider's bank address.
• Country: From the drop down list, select the country pertaining to the pension provider's bank address.
• Provider's Bank Contact Person's Name: Enter here the name of the person you normally deal with at the Provider's bank.
• Provider's Bank Tel. No.: Enter here the telephone number of the pension provider's bank.
• Provider's Bank Fax No.: Enter here the fax number of the pension provider's bank.
• Provider's Bank E-Mail: Enter here the E-Mail address of the pension provider's bank.
• Sort Code: Enter here the pension provider's bank sort code.
• Account No.: Enter here the pension provider's bank account number.
• Name Shown on the Account: Enter here the name shown on the pension provider's bank account.
• Bank / Online Account Ref: If the pension provider does any of his banking via the Internet, enter here the web address he/she logs on to.
• Other Ref. No.: If the pension provider has any other additional reference number then enter it here.

Associated Tasks

• Cancel: If you wish to exit this screen without saving the changes, click on this button.
• Save: If you are sure about all the entries and wish to continue, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Pension Providers screen, where all the changes can be viewed.
