To proceed with the changing of your Sign In details, you need to go through this final confirmation process. This is required for security reasons. If you cannot remember any one of the required Sign In items, please click on the "Forgot Sign In Item (s)" link, to re-create them. Any re-created items such as password, pattern word, or security question and answer will automatically overwrite the previous forgotten ones. Thereafter, you must use the latest re-created items to Sign In.
