Department Setup

Use

You can enter or edit various departments of your company in this screen, which can be later assigned, to your employees. Department information is displayed on employees pay slips and can be a useful aid to help you with identification of employees. Our service provides you with some pre-defined departments, which can be edited.

Fields Available

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

• Department Ref.: Enter here any reference for the department you are setting up.
• Department Name: Enter here the name of the department you are setting up.
• Nominal Link Ref.: Enter the Nominal Link Reference here.
• Action: The various tasks associated with the data in each row will be displayed here. For example Save, Edit, Delete, etc.

Associated Tasks

• Save: To save the department you created, click on this button.
• Edit: To make any modifications to the department, click on this button.
• Back: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
