Process Leaver P45, Generate P45

Use

In this screen you can generate the P45 form. You can view and print the P45 form and final settlement payslips. You can enable/disable the account for this service of the employee who is leaving.

Fields Available

• P45 Form: From the drop down list select the P45 form which, you wish to view or take a print out. To view / print the form click on View/ Print link.
• Final Payslip Settlement Statement: Your employee's final settlement payslip can be viewed here. To view/ print the payslip click on View/Print link.
• Leaver Internet Account remain: You can use this option to enable or disable the Internet account for this service of an employee who is leaving. To enable the Internet account select enable from the drop down list. To disable the Internet account for this service, select disable from the drop down list.

Associated Tasks

• Process Another Leaver: If you wish to process another leaver click on this button.
• Finish: If you have finished viewing / Printing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
