Change Security Question - Confirm
Use
To proceed with the changing of your Sign In details, you need to go through this final confirmation process. This is required for security reasons. If you cannot remember any one of the required Sign In items, please click on the "Forgot Sign In Item (s)" link, to re-create them. Any re-created items such as password, pattern word, or security question and answer will automatically overwrite the previous forgotten ones. Thereafter, you must use the latest re-created items to Sign In.
Path
Sign-In > employee's Payroll Internet Account Details > View/Edit > Security Question > Edit > Continue
Fields Available
- Your Sign In ID: Enter her your Sign In ID. Your sign In ID can't be changed.
- Enter the letters of your Pattern Word (New): Enter here two random characters that you have been asked for from your new chosen pattern word.
- Enter here your user sign In ID used in this service.
- Your Date of Birth: Enter here your date of birth used in this service.
- Your Security Question: This field displays the security question that you selected when signing up with this service or the subsequent one that you may have changed it to.
- Your Answer: Enter here the answer to the security question you have selected.
Associated Tasks
- Confirm: To confirm with this process, enter the required details and click on this button.
- Cancel: If you wish to exit this screen without saving the changes, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Payroll Internet Account Details screen.
