Assign Employees

Use

You can assign your employees to the project on this screen. One employee can be assigned to more than one project. Please note that unless you assign an employee to a project you cannot enter his/ her timesheet for the corresponding projects.

Our service has provided an additional feature of searching employees by their surname and forename on the screen.

Path

Employer / Setup > Project Setup > Assign Employees to Project > View/Edit

Fields Available

• Employee Name: The names of all the employees in your company will be listed here.
• NINO: The employee's NINO will be displayed here.
• Project Leader: By checking this box, you will be assigning the employee as a Project Leader to the project. Please note that the project leader also will be a team member. Once you check this option, the team member box will be automatically checked by our service that cannot be deleted.
• Team Member: By checking this box, you will be assigning the employee as a team member of the project.

Associated Tasks

• Back: If you wish to exit this screen, click on this button.
• Save: Click on this button to save the entries you made.
