Create Branch User From Employee(s)
Use
In this screen, you can create your employees as additional users for this service. The list of your current employees will be listed here.
Path
Multi-Sites Payroll Starter > Head Office Details > Branch Office User Internet Account > Maintain > Add Branch User
Fields Available
- Select: Select this radio button to choose the employee whom you wish to create as additional user.
- Works No.: This field displays the works number of the employee.
- Employee Name: This field displays the name of the employee.
- Employee E-Mail to be used for this service: This field displays the employee's E-Mail, which will be used for this service.
Associated Tasks
- Appoint User: To create an employee as an additional user, select the employee and click on this button.
- Create New User: To create any other additional user, click on this button.
- Back: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the User Internet A/c screen.
