Current Employee Internet Account List

Use

You can administer here the status of your account for this service for all the current employees for whom you have enabled the payroll Internet account.

Fields Available

• Works No.: The employee's works number will be displayed here.
• Employee Name: The employee's name will be displayed here.
• Employee Sign In ID: The employee's Sign-In ID for this service will be displayed here.
• Sign In Log Book: The Sign In Log Book displays a detailed record of the employee's previous 20 Sign Ins to his/her account for this service.
• Enable Internet A/c Status: Use this option to disable the employee's account for this service. To disable the employee's account for this service select No and confirm it by clicking on Confirm button.
• Internet A/c Closure: Here you can view the status & request of your internet account.
• Re-send Sign In Details: You can use this option to re-send the sign in details to the employee whenever you receive any request from the employee. To re-send the sign in details click on the Click to Send link corresponding to the respective employee.

Associated Tasks

• View: To view the employee's sign in log book, click on this link corresponding to the respective employee.
• Confirm: To disable the employee's account for this service select No and click on this button to confirm the action.
• Click to Send: To re-send the sign in details to the employee, click on this link corresponding to the respective employee.
• Create Internet A/c: To enable the account for this service of any other employees, click on this button.
• Back: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
