View Employee Holiday Details
Use
In this screen you can view your employee's holiday details e.g. the holiday scheme he/she is under, his/her annual holiday entitlement, holiday year start date, holiday year end date, etc. If required you can modify these details by clicking on the Edit button.

Fields Available
Employee's Holiday Details
- Holiday Scheme Name: The holiday scheme your employee is currently assigned to will be displayed here.
- Annual Holiday Entitlement (in days): The total number of holiday days which your employee is entitled to each year will be displayed here.
- Holiday Year Start Date: This field displays the date from which this employee's holiday year starts.
- Holiday Year End Date: This field displays the date on which this employee's holiday year ends.
- Brought Forward Days: The total number of holidays brought forward from the previous year to the current year will be displayed here.
- Holiday Taken: The number of holiday days taken by the employee for the year will be displayed here.
- Holiday Balance: The number of holiday days the employee currently is entitled to take.
Associated Tasks
- Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
- Edit: To make any modifications to the employee's holiday details, click on this button. It will open the Edit Employee Holiday Details screen, where you can make the required modifications.
