Employee's Personal Details
- Employee's Name: The employee's name will be displayed here.
- Employee's Gender: The employee's gender will be displayed here.
- Employee's Date of Birth: The employee's date of birth will be displayed here.
- Employee's Marital Status: The employee's marital status will be displayed here.
- Employee's Address: The employee's address will be displayed here.
- Employee's Tel. No.: If you have provided the employee's telephone number, it will be displayed here.
- Employee's Passport Number: The employee's passport number will be displayed here.
Employee's Emergency Contact Details
- Contact Person's Name: This field displays the name of the person who should be contacted during any emergency related with the employee.
- Relationship: This field displays the relationship of the contact person with the employee. For e.g. father, wife, friend etc.
- Contact Person's Address: This field displays the contact person's address.
- Contact Person's Tel. No.1: This field displays the telephone number of the contact person.
- Contact Person's Tel. No.2: If there is any additional telephone number of the contact person, then it will be displayed here.
- Contact Person's E-Mail 1: This field displays the E-Mail address of the contact person.
- Contact Person's E-Mail 2: If there is any additional E-Mail address of the contact person, then enter it will be displayed here.
Employee Internet / Mobile Account
- Employee Email for Internet Self Service (Payslip, etc.): If your employee's account for this service is already enabled then the E-Mail address appears here. If you have not enabled your employee's account for this service and would like to enable it then click on edit button to enter his/her E-Mail address to be used for this service. It will result in the activation of your employee's account for this service and an activation mail will be sent to your employee. Once activated, the employee can sign in and use the account to view his/her current and previous Payslips, P60s, Time sheets, and other pay details online.
- Employee Email for Emailing & Mobile (Payslip, etc.): The additional E-Mail address is an optional non-payroll E-Mail address for private purpose. If you have already provided the employee's additional personal E-Mail address, then it will appear here. You can view or edit your employee's additional personal E-Mail address here for any additional reference.
Employee's Employment Details
- Works No. / Payroll ID: The works number of the employee will be displayed here.
- Payment Frequency: The employee's payment frequency will be displayed here.
- Irregular Payment Indicator: The irregular payment indictor set while creating employee or while editing Employee Employment Details will be displayed here.
- Off-Payroll Worker: Selected from the drop down list, YES or NO state whether the employee is a Off-Payroll Worker or not will be displayed here.
- Employee or Director: This field displays whether the employee is a Director, an ordinary Employee or a Student Employee.
- Directorship Start Date: If the employee is Director, then this field displays the date on which his/her directorship started.
- Name of the Recipient Body: The name of the recipient body will be displayed here.
- Recipient Address: The recipient address will be displayed here.
- Pension Start Date: The pension start date will be displayed here.
- Annual Pension Amount: The annual pension amount will be displayed here.
- Flexibly Accessing Pension Rights: The pension rights will be displayed here.
- Pension Death Benefit: The pensioner death benefit will be displayed here.
- University / College Name: If the employee is a Student Employee, then this field displays the name of the university or college from which the employee is pursuing his/her studies.
- Holiday Scheme: This field displays the holiday scheme for this employee.
- Employee's Start Working Date: This field displays the date from which this employee has started working for you.
- Employee's Job Title: This field displays the employee's job title.
- Payment Method: This field displays the payment method for the employee.
- Working Outside UK: This field displays whether the employee is working outside UK or not.
- Department Name: This field displays the department that the employee will be working in.
- Cost Center Name: This field displays the cost center assigned for the employee.
Employee's Work Pattern
- Pattern Start Date: You can view the start date of the work pattern assigned to your employee (i.e. the work pattern assigned to the employee will take effect from this date). If you wish to assign a different work pattern or want to delete the existing work pattern click on replace or delete link respectively.
- Rota Sequence: If you have assigned more than one work pattern to an employee starting from the same date then Rota sequence will display the sequence of work pattern assigned to the employee accordingly and the sequence keeps rotating till the next work pattern starts with a different date.
- Pattern: This field displays the working day pattern according to the Working/Qualifying day and Non Working / Non Qualifying day you have selected for the one whole week, starting from Sunday to Saturday while setting up the work pattern for your employee.
Employee's Tax Code
- Reference: If you have entered a reference number while entering the Tax code details it will appear here.
- Tax Regime: If the employees wages need to be calculated according to the UK, Wales or Scotland payroll rules and regulations, then selected option will be displayed here.
- Tax Code: The employee's Tax code will be displayed here.
- Effective Start Date: This field displays the start date of the tax code of the employee.
- Week 1 / Month 1: This field displays whether the employee is taxed on accumulative basis or on non-accumulative basis (Week 1 Month 1 basis).
Employee's NI Category Details
- Employee's NINo: This field displays the employee's National Insurance number.
- Employee's NI Category: The NI Category of the employee will be displayed here.
Employee's Holiday Details
- Holiday Scheme Name: The holiday scheme your employee is currently assigned to will be displayed here.
- Annual Holiday Entitlement (in days): The total number of holiday days which your employee is entitled to each year will be displayed here.
- Holiday Year Start Date: This field displays the date from which this employee's holiday year starts.
- Holiday Year End Date: This field displays the date on which this employee's holiday year ends.
- Brought Forward Days: The total number of holidays brought forward from the previous year to the current year will be displayed here.
- Accrued Days: The total number of unused holiday days for this employee accrued/accumulated for the tax year will be displayed here.
- Holiday Taken: The number of holiday days taken by the employee for the year will be displayed here.
- Holiday Balance: The number of holiday days the employee currently is entitled to take.
Employee's Bank Details
- Employee's Bank Name: This field displays the name of the bank with which your employee has an account.
- Employee's Bank Branch Name: This field displays the branch name of the employee's bank.
- Bank Address: This field displays the address of the employee's bank.
- Bank Contact Person's Name: This field displays the name of the person in the bank whom the employee contacts for all bank related activities.
- Bank Tel. No.: This field displays the telephone number of the employee's bank.
- Bank Fax No.: This field displays the fax number of the employee's bank.
- Bank E-Mail: This field displays the E-Mail address of the employee's bank.
- Sort Code: This field displays the employee's bank sort code.
- Account No.: This field displays the employee's bank account number.
- Name Shown on the Account: This field displays the name shown on the employee's bank account.
- Bank / Online Account Ref.: If the employee does any of his banking via the Internet, the web address to which he/she logs on to will be displayed here.
- Other Ref.No.: This field displays other reference number.
- IBAN Number: This field displays the IBAN number of the bank.
