Employee Tax Code - List
Use
This screen displays the history of your tax code changes.

Sign-In > Employee > View / Edit Employee Details > View / edit >Tax code details > Edit
Fields Available
Employee's Tax Code Change / History
- Reference: If your employer / contractor had entered a reference number while entering your Tax code details it will appear here.
- Tax Regime: If the employees wages need to be calculated according to the UK, Wales or Scotland payroll rules and regulations, then select the appropriate option from the drop down list
- Tax Code: Your Tax code will be displayed here.
- Effective Start Date: This field displays the date on which your tax code took effect.
- Week 1 / Month 1: This field displays whether you are taxed on accumulative basis or on non-accumulative basis (Week 1 Month 1 basis).
Associated Tasks
- Back: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Employee Details screen.
