View / Edit Employee Details
Use
The Employee Details is the section where you can view and store comprehensive records relating to all your individual employees. All your existing employees will be listed here. You can view or edit the required details of the employees by clicking on the View/Edit link corresponding to the respective employee.

Fields Available
- Works No / Payroll ID: The employee's Works Number will be displayed here. To edit your employee's works number click on View/Edit link corresponding to the respective employee.
- Employee's Name: The employee's name will be displayed here.
- Employee Self Service E-Mail to be used for this Service: To enable your employee's Payroll Internet Account, simply click on the Enable Internet A/C link. You will be asked to provide the employee's E-Mail to be used for this service. This will result in auto activation of the employee 's Internet account for this service using which the employee can view his Internet Payslip, Timesheet, Benefits, claim and other details. If you have already enabled an employee's service Internet account, then the employee's E-Mail used for this service will appear here.
- Employee Payroll Admin E-Mail: This E-Mail will be used to broadcast your employee's payslip, P60, AE Comm. letters etc fill in the Employee Payroll Admin e-mail address. No activation link will be sent out to the Employee's payroll admin email address.
- Contact Telephone No.:

- Work: If you have already provided your employee's work contact number, then it will appear here. If you have not provided any contact number and wish to provide one, then click on View / Edit link corresponding to the respective employee.
- Emergency: If you have already provided your employee's emergency contact number, then it will appear here. If you have not provided any contact number and wish to provide one, then click on View / Edit link corresponding to the respective employee.
- Action: This field displays the various tasks associated with the data in each row. For example, Save, Edit, Delete, etc.
Associated Tasks
- View / Edit: To view or edit the details of the Employee, click on this link corresponding to the respective employee.
- Done: If you have finished viewing or modifying the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button.
