Former Employee Facilities

Use

This screen displays a list of former employees, facilitating you to view their complete employment details like personal details, Internet account details, YTD pay data etc. You can also E-File the former employee's P45 Part1 and take print out of the form P45, SSP1 and SMP1 forms through this screen.

Fields Available

• Reset if to process other tax year Leaver: Select the appropriate tax year to be processed from the drop down list. The default Processing tax year will always be determined by the current tax year date. You can select an alternative tax year from the drop down list.
• Works No.: The employee's works number will be displayed here.
• Employee Name: The employee's name will be displayed here.
• Leaving Date: The employee's last date of employment with you will be displayed here.
• Leaver FPS E-filed Status: The employee's leaving date of FPS E-filled status will be displayed here.
• Print Final Payslip: To print the former employee's Final payslip, click on the Print link relating to the appropriate employee.
• Print P45: To print the former employee's form P45, click on the Print link relating to the appropriate employee.
• Print SSP1: To print the former employee's SSP1 form, click on the Print link relating to the appropriate employee.
• Print SSP1(L): To print the former employee's SSP1(L) form, click on the Print link relating to the appropriate employee.
• Leaver Details: To view your former employee's details, click on View link relating to the appropriate employee.
