View Employee Employment Contract Details

Use

As part of the employee creation process, your employer / contractor had entered all your employment details. In this screen you can view those details.

Fields Available

Employee's Employment Details

• Works No.: Your works number will be displayed here.
• Employee's Employment Start Date: This field displays the date from which you have started working for your employer / contractor.
• Department Name: This field displays the department in which your are working in.
• Cost Center: This field displays the cost center assigned to you by your employer / contractor.
• Employee's Job Title: This field displays your job title.
• Working Outside UK: This field displays whether you are working outside UK or not.
• Designation: This field displays your designation. If you are a student employee it will be displayed as a student employee.
• Directorship Start Date: If you are a Director, then this field displays the date on which your directorship started.
• University / College Name: If you are a student employee, then this field displays the name of the university or college from which you are pursuing your studies.
• Holiday Scheme: This field displays the holiday scheme assigned to you by your employer / contractor.
• Payment Frequency: Your payment frequency will be displayed here.
• Irregular Payment Indicator: The irregular payment indictor set while creating employee or while editing Employee Employment Details will be displayed here.
• Off-Payroll Worker: This field displays whether the employee is an off-payroll worker or not.
• Payment Method: This field displays the payment method. For example, cheque, cash etc.

Associated Tasks

• Back: If you have finished viewing the details and wish to leave this screen, click on this button. You will be taken back to the Employee Details screen.
